ABOUT STEPHEN N. McGUIRE II, ESQ.

Stephen McGuire graduated from Ave Maria School of Law in 2012. Prior to law school, he graduated summa cum laude from West Virginia University in 2005, with a degree in political science, and earned an MBA with high honors from Duquesne University in 2007. He is also a ten-year veteran of the United States Army.

Attorney McGuire recently returned to Toll Law after practicing with another local firm for the past two years. He is admitted to practice in Florida, West Virginia, the Middle District of Florida, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and focuses his practice on business law, appellate practice, criminal law and general civil litigation.
